Payments and Deposits:
A "rental deposit" of £400 and a refundable "security
deposit" of £250 (totaling £650) or euro equivalents,
must be paid at the time of booking. The balance is payable eight
(8) weeks prior to the start of the rental period. If the booking
is made within eight (8) weeks of the rental period, full rental
payment plus the refundable security deposit must be received.
These 'rental and security deposits' may be increased for longer
rental periods.
The refundable security deposit will be returned after the house
has been inspected and no damage has been incurred. If damages
are incurred during your stay, any such costs must be paid by
the guests. These payments may be deducted, but are not limited
in amount to the security deposit.
Please note that on arrival at the house you will have the option
of using both the wall-safe for your valuables and the Sky-Digital
TV-viewing package. A refundable deposit is required for each
as follows; returned to you upon your departure from '80'.
This deposit is more of a reminder for us to check with you on
departure that these items are in place for the next arrivals
in order that they are not inconvenienced.

Methods of payment:
Payment must be made by cheque drawn on a UK bank or direct bank
transfer to either our UK or Spanish bank.

Cancellation policy:
In the event of cancellation all deposits are refunded, however,
the following charges apply:
over 180 days - no charge.
between 61 to 180 days - 25% of total rental amount
between 15 to 60 days - 50% of total rental amount
for less then 14 days - Full rental amount

Occupancy:
The occupants must be those that have been listed on the Booking
Form and no additional occupants will be permitted unless this
has been agreed with the owners beforehand, otherwise the owners
reserve the right to terminate the rental immediately and/or withhold
the full rental amount and security deposit. |

Rental period:
The house is rented for the period specified on the Booking Form,
commencing at 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated
by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If required, guests arriving
early may drop off luggage at '80' and return at 4pm for check-in. |

Insurance:
Every effort has been made that the house is in full working order.
The owners cannot accept any responsibility and/or liability for
loss of, or damage to your property, or for personal injury. We
strongly advise the guests to take out a comprehensive holiday insurance
policy. |
